When attempting to upload a document to the firm portal the following error message stating 'Create Document request failed with status Unauthorized: Unauthorized' occurs due to the contact in question not having access to the firm portal.
To resolve this issue, navigate to the contact's contact tab and select Portal> Manage Portal Access, from this window check in the Access checkbox next to the main contact. Once this has been completed, staff will be able to upload documents to the Firm portal without the error occurring.
