When selecting the pop-out button on a project's worklist and the window does not show on the screen, this is most likely due to the computer's operating system remembering opening the window on a screen that is no longer available. This is most commonly seen when you switch between monitors, and when you work via RDP/cloud.
If this occurs after pressing the pop out button, hover over your OfficeTools by CARET icon in your task bar. If you are seeing the normal OfficeTools by CARET window and an all white window like the image below, this means that the window is opening off screen.
If the window is opening off-screen to resolve this you will want to right-click on the white window and select Maximize, once you have done this the window will open on your main screen. After doing this we recommend moving and resizing the window on the main screen to ensure that your operating system remembers opening it on that screen.
