Auto reminders not sending out

If auto reminders are not sending out please follow the steps below.

1. Login to your server where the OfficeTools services are installed.
2. Open the Services application.
3. Scroll until you see the OfficeTools AutoReminder Service.
4. Right click on OfficeTools AutoReminder Service and select Start.
   • If the service already states it is running under status, right click on the OfficeTools AutoReminder Service and select Restart.

Please note: The Auto reminders for OfficeTools send out in 15 minute intervals, if you create an appointment under the timeframe needed to send out it will not send.
