- Scroll the browse until you see the SyncExch365 records.
4. Locate the ServerIDs key, double-click the VALUE field to EDIT the Server ID data.
5. Back-out/delete all characters EXCEPT the PIPE character (|). Click on another record to save the result.
6. Close the table, close Data Architect. Now in the AbacusLaw System Options the Exchange/Office 365 Sync can be configured on the new server.
For PostgreSQL versions older than 23.36.13, use pgAdmin.
- Contact the AbacusLaw development team for the password for the specific client. Have the CID handy.
- Launch pgAdmin from the Windows Programs menu in the PostgreSQL (14 or 16) folder.
- Enter or set the Master Password if prompted. Make a note of it for future use.
4. Click on the Servers node, then click Cancel on the ‘alsuop’ password prompt.
5. Right-click on the PostgreSQL (14 or 16) node and select Properties.
6. On the Connection tab, change the Username to alcserw_<CID> for the specific client, click Save.
7. Select the PostgreSQL (14 or 16) node to connect to the database. Enter the password provided by development, click OK.
8. Once connected to the database, navigate to: Databases > abacuslaw_<CID> > Schemas > data01 > Tables
9. Locate the lawsysini table, right-click > View/Edit Data > All Rows, locate the ServerIDs key.
10. Double-click the ServerIDs value field data to EDIT. Back-out/delete all characters EXCEPT the PIPE character (|).
11. Click OK, then click the Save Data Changes icon to complete the save.
12. Close pgAdmin. Now in the AbacusLaw System Options the Exchange/Office 365 Sync can be configured on the new server.
