This tool will allow you to reset the password for any of your active Abacus Private Cloud Users. This password is used to login to the customers APC servers.
This process applies to Abacus Private Cloud Users that are locked out of their account or for Customer Account Portal Managers that need to change a password for one of their users.

User has access to the Customer Account Portal
Note: This password is to be used to login to the server. This password cannot be used to log in to the Customer Account Portal at this time.
Click on the “USER MANAGEMENT” to view a list of cloud users for all servers that are provisioned to your account. Click the “reset password” icon for the user you want to reset the password for.
Selecting the reset password shows a new prompt requiring you to enter the password and you will need the account number later.
To enforce proper controls and to ensure that passwords are not transmitted in clear text, this feature will send a password reset email to the user, requesting them to enter an updated password through the Customer Account Portal.
Once the above form is submitted, an email will be sent to the cloud user with instructions on resetting their password.
The Cloud User will need to open the email and click Reset Cloud Password to continue.
Upon verifying the account number and user name, the cloud user can enter their new password.
Upon successfully entering the new password, the user will be directed to the login page for the Customer Account Portal.
