Contact features of the OfficeTools by CARET Mobile Companion App

Viewing/Editing Contacts

1. Select Contacts.
   
2. Tap a contact for detail information. If there are additional pages with contact information, more than one dot will appear at the top of the page. Tap a dot to open an additional page of contact information.
   
3. To edit contact information, tap .
4. Change the information as needed and tap  to save.
    

Communicating with Contacts

1. Tap Contacts.
2. Do any of the following:
   

NOTE: If any of the buttons are dimmed, then there is no relevant communication information entered for the contact.

Adding Contacts

1. Tap Contacts.
2. Tap .
3. Complete the contact information and tap  to save.
