Cover E-mail for Bills
To access Cover E-mail for Bills:
- On the Billing side select Reports from the left navigation pane.
- Click E-mail Cover Sheets from the list to display the corresponding dialog.
- Enter the Invoice ID.
- Enter the Firm ID.
- The template includes both the subject line and the body. Select the Template Format used from the dop-down list.
- At the Consolidate field select a radio button. (Yes or No).
Report data can be edited, sorted, refreshed and accessed directly from the generated report.
