How to Disable Deleting a File in Amicus Cloud

Introduction:

This article reviews how to disable deleting a file in Amicus Cloud.  Amicus Firm Administrator can disable deleting a file feature for other firm members.

Applies To:

Customers using Amicus Cloud. 

Requirements:

Only the Amicus Cloud Administrator can perform these steps 

Procedure:

1. Open the Amicus Cloud Options (Gear icon)
2. Then click theUser Management menu
3. Select and Open the user profile of the user for whom you wish to disable the option to delete a file
4. Go to Security/Password
5. Uncheck the checkbox for “Permitted to delete client files”
6. Click Save & Close
