Behavior
If Firm member was using Time Tracker in Small Firm Edition and wish to Upgrade to Premium Edition while continuing to use Time Tracker with the same email address needs to disable the Time Tracker option in Small Firm prior to the Upgrade.
If the user still continues to get the error “this account is already registered” Firm Member will not be able to use Amicus Anywhere or Amicus Time Tracker in Premium Edition until Time Tracker is disabled in Small Firm Edition.
Alternatively you will need to call in to Amicus Attorney by CARET Technical Support and will require to remove the email addressed used in Small Firm at a server level.
Allowing the Firm Member now to use the same email in Premium Edition.
