Alert: Your Amicus Daily Check service has not started in the last ‘X’ Hours
Notifications are sent to the Amicus Attorney by CARET Administrator(s) if the Amicus Daily Check services has not been started in the last X amount of hours.
The Amicus Daily Check service restarts itself at exactly 12am sharp. The service helps roll over Amicus Attorney by CARET events to the next day. Sometimes the service may not get a chance to restart at that time. This could be due to Backups which prevent it from restarting, server restarts in which the SQL services do not start on time, or if anything else on the server that has impacted its ability to restart.
To resolve this issue:

Access the server

Look for Services

Ensure that the AmicusDailyCheck Service is started. If not started please chose Start.
If started please ignore the message.
