When posting Time Entries or exchanging information with QuickBooks, a prompt may appear indicating a modal window is open.

The reason this message appears is because a QuickBooks prompt is open on the Amicus Application Server, where the link occurs, which requires user interaction.
To correct the issue, connect to your Amicus Application server then access QuickBooks on the server and close the message box/window that is currently open within QuickBooks.
Typically this window could be a reminder, an Application Permission window, or some other window that is seeking permission or user interaction before it can continue.
You will then be able to exchange information.
