Unable to post time tracking error

This error is encountered. When an Amicus Attorney by CARET Timekeeper time entry is rejected when during posting.

AmicusPEQB.log will indicate Error: “TimeTracking. QuickBooks error message: The employee is set to have activities transferred to paychecks”.

The user may need to get assistance from a Quickbooks representative if necessary to access a module to address this issue (The module name or location in the UI may vary on Quickbooks application) .

TIP: In QuickBooks

• Go to the Employee Center
• Edit the corresponding Employee's Payroll Info (or Personal info)—select
• The “Use time data to create paychecks” checkbox, click OK, and then return and deselect the checkbox
