When attempting to preview a Draft of Final Bill through Amicus Billing, it comes up blank and fails to show data on the bill
The cause of this issue is that firewall on the server is preventing the data from being propagated into the Bill. Amicus uses SQL Reports for both Bills and the Amicus Attorney Advanced Reports.
To resolve this problem, please ensure that your Windows firewall (or Anti-virus Firewall) on your server allows traffic to communicate through Port 80. This is the port SQL Reporting Services, which is what Amicus Bills and Advanced Reports, uses to communicate. These communications need to be allowed for Port 80 for both Inbound and Outbound traffic.
NOTE: Amicus Attorney technical support is not responsible for your firewall. Please speak your IT person/team to resolve this issue if you need help adding inbound and outbound ports to your firewall or antivirus programs.
