Auto Backup could not backup Amicus Attorney by CARET.
All Administrators will be notified by Sticky note when a backup fails.
Check the following:
- Your backup location has been setup in Amicus Attorney and the location exists on the server. If the location does not exist, create a new folder on a local drive on the server and repoint the backup location.
- The SQL Server Agent service is running.
- There is enough space to backup to this location.
- The accounts (Windows) have read\write access to that location
For space issues and security assess\setup to the backup please contact your IT department.
