Unable to view a document in Worldox from File Matter Document Brad Page
The Amicus Attorney integration with Worldox enables you to take full advantage of the powerful document management and search capabilities of Worldox within your Amicus environment.
The Amicus Attorney-Worldox Link requires that both products must be installed and running properly on the workstations of users who wish to use or configure the Link using Amicus Attorney Premium 2016 Workstation and Worldox GX3 Client
Worldox client must be running prior to launching Amicus Attorney. The error is often related to compatibility mode setting with either programs. If you set Worldox to run the program as Administrator then Amicus Attorney must also be set to the same option.
If you use Outlook email integration with Amicus Attorney that to must be set to run as Administrator.
