Background

The Amicus Attorney by CARET integration with Worldox enables you to take full advantage of the powerful document management and search capabilities of Worldox within your Amicus Attorney by CARET environment.

The Amicus Attorney by CARET-Worldox Link requires that both products must be installed and running properly on the workstations of users who wish to use or configure the Link using Amicus Premium 2016 Workstation and Worldox GX3 Client

Resolution

Worldox client must be running prior to launching Amicus Attorney by CARET. The error is often related to compatibility mode setting with either programs. If you set Worldox to run the program as Administrator then Amicus Attorney by CARET must also be set to the same option.

If you use Outlook email integration with Amicus Attorney by CARET that to must be set to run as Administrator.
