Any time Amicus is upgrade to a new version you are required to license your software. This is standard procedure for most software companies. You have 30 days to license your program from the date of the installation. When you log into Amicus it will tell you how many days left you have to license the program. Do not ignore this! Amicus will not open if the 30 days have gone by. You will need to license your software.
Please contact Support or Sales if you do not know your Customer ID.
To license Amicus for the first time:

Ensure you have a backup of Amicus

Access Amicus as an Amicus Administrator

Go to Firm Settings -> Firm Basics

Input your Customer ID:

Select Apply and OK

Log out of Amicus and back in again

Go to User Management

Select Update License
Applying an Additional License or Adding a Feature:

Ensure you have a backup of Amicus
2
Access Amicus as an Amicus Administrator
3
Select Update License on the bottom right.
This will expose your additional users\features
