An Amicus Attorney by CARET user may at times require to monitor a file to retain a certain agreed retainer amount. An alert can be enabled to create Retainer Trigger Amount on file. This alert helps remind the user to inform clients to replenish retainer funds as needed.
Steps:

Go to Billing > Select and open File

On File – Billing. Go to File Facts > Admin > Bill Setting

On Retainer and Billing. Enable or Check Minimum Trust/General Retainer Balance Required

Enter the Amount and Trigger Amount
