Outlook often has many addins enabled, some of which are used and some which are not. Often these addins have conflicts or cause the program to slow down or behave oddly. This applies to the AmicusAttorney Office Add-in (Amicus Tasks toolbar). When this happens Outlook will display specific error messages and sometimes disable add-ins.

You may want to consider looking at your Outlook Add-ins and disable those which you do not use. This will alleviate future issues with add-in conflicts.
To enable the AmicusAttorney Office add-in follow the steps provided in this link

Once enabled you will see the Amicus Tasks option in your Outlook.
To ensure the Addin loads upon Startup, modify the registry:
- Close Outlook
- Access Start – Run and type in Regedit
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\AmicusAttorney.OfficeAddin
- Right click on Load Behavior and change the value to 3 (Always load)
