You may encounter display issue's such as text overlapping other text or fields or the mini calendar on the left of the Calendar module only displaying a single number on the dates. This is due the Windows Display Settings being incorrectly set to increase the display size.
Before changing the setting as shown below all application must be closed on the PC being investigated as the user will need to log off to complete the changes.
To check and modify your settings see below for windows 10:
- Right click on your desktop and choose Display Settings from the pop-up menu or select Settings from the Start menu and click Display.
- Select 100% from the Scale drop-down menu under the Scale & layout section as Amicus Attorney by CARET is set to display correctly with this setting.
- A prompt displays informing you that you must log off for the changes to take effect.
- Click Log off now. Log back into the PC.
- As the display is now smaller, the next step will address that without affecting the Amicus display.
- Right click on your desktop and choose Display Settings from the pop-up menu or select Settings from the Start menu and click Display.
- The Display resolution will need to be lowered to a comfortable setting.
NB: If there are multiple monitors, the steps outlined in this article will need to be repeated for each monitor Amicus Attorney will be placed on.
NB: If remoting to another PC or virtual interface the steps outlined need to be performed on the physical PC used to remote from.
