Deleting Trust Transactions

There are times when a deposit is made into the wrong account, wrong matter or any other reason and you want to remove it from the Matter Trust Ledger. 

1. There are times when a deposit is made into the wrong account, wrong matter, etc., and you want to remove it from the Matter Trust Ledger. In order to do this, you must have this feature enabled: Go to File > Setup > Company Preferences and ensure that Allow Ledger Deletions is checked:
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate to Trust > Matter Trust Activity
   
   
   
   
3. Select the matter and highlight the deposits that you want to remove.
   
   
4. Click Delete
5. Agree to the deletion.

The trust transactions should now be deleted from your matters Trust Ledger.
