Follow these steps to correct a database corruption error.
- Have all users exit AbacusLaw by CARET completely, including Message Slips.
- Locate the LawTemp folder inside the Abacus folder.
- Delete everything inside the LawTemp folder EXCEPT the ErrorLogs folder.
- Log in to AbacusLaw by CARET. If the error still persists, ensure the user who received the error has the proper exceptions for AbacusLaw by CARET on their firewall.
