Sometimes you may enter events and leave the “WHO” field blank. If you notice that these events are not showing up in a calendar view, but other events with a “WHO” code do, follow these steps.
- Open the calendar.
- Click the WHO button in the top right corner.
- The "Who" Setup for Calendars window opens. Check Include if WHO is blank to ensure that events with a blank WHO code will appear in the calendar.
If you are an administrator, you can apply this change to all users by clicking the Set to All People button.
