Sometimes you may enter events and leave the “WHO” field blank. If you notice that these events are not showing up in a calendar view, but other events with a “WHO” code do, take the following steps:
- Open the calendar.
- Click the WHO button in the top right corner.
- The WHO settings window will open. At the top there is an option to Include if WHO is blank. Ensure this box is checked. Events with a blank “WHO” code will now show up.
If you are an administrator, you may also apply this change to all users by clicking the button in the top left corner “Set to all people”.
