When trying to send and link an email Either Abacus Add-in or Outlook will throw this error message
Microsoft Exchange Account
When using a Microsoft Exchange account the email profile itself will need to be in cached exchange mode.

Inside Microsoft Outlook. Go to File > Info. Then select Account Settings.

Make sure the default email is selected if you have more than one. Then select Change.

Check the box to enable Cached Exchange Mode. Also set the slider to the length of time you would like to cache.
The longer of a time you select to cache the larger your Outlook Profile will become. This will affect loading time and time for the Outlook Add-in to scan and update the emails your link to the Abacus Database. Therefor we recommend setting it to 3 months.

After configuring the settings select the Next button and you will get this prompt reminding you to restart your Outlook for the changes to take affect.
