Abacus Mobile users will be locked out of the program after entering incorrect credentials 5 times. If you have been locked out, follow these steps to reset your login attempts.
- Navigate to File > Setup > User Preferences
Select the Sync & Mobile tab. When there is a logon failure, the Reset button becomes active.
Click Reset, and you will have access to Abacus Mobile and can try to log on again.
If you are an Administrator in AbacusLaw by CARET, you can also reset logins for another user by navigating to File > Setup > User Manager, highlighting the relevant user, clicking Edit, and following steps 2-3.
