CARET does not keep any of your data on our servers so we cannot give you your log in credentials if they have been forgotten or misplaced.
If you are an Administrator in AbacusLaw by CARET, you can reset a password for another user.
- Log into AbacusLaw by CARET
- Navigate to File > Setup > User Manager
- Highlight the User that needs their password reset
- Click Edit
- Fill in new password, or remove the password altogether to not require a password for that User to log in. The User can however create a new password themselves afterwards.
If there is only one Administrator and that is the user that lost their password you will need to contact AbacusLaw by CARET Client Services at 800-726-3339.
