This tool will allow you to reboot any of the serves provisioned to your account.
Applies To
APC Clients with an active subscription and a valid login account to access the Customer Account Portal.

Procedure
Go to your "SERVERS" and for the server you want to reboot, Click the “Calendar” icon on that servers row.
Select whether you would like to perform a Single Scheduled Reboot or setup a Weekly Recurring Reboot.
Single Scheduled Reboot: This feature will allow you to schedule a single reboot in the future. We pre-populate the date and time within 10 mins of you checking the box to allow close to immediate reboot.
Weekly Recurring Reboot: This feature will allow you to schedule a recurring reboot on the same day and time of the week.
Upon successful creation of the schedule, you will see the following “success” confirmation:
A server can have both a single and weekly scheduled reboot at the same time.
Deleting a Previously Scheduled Reboot
You can delete a previously scheduled reboot by un-checking the option as shown below:
After clicking “submit” on the above dialog, the selected schedule will be deleted.
Reboots are not able to be scheduled during maintenance windows. The 2nd reboot cannot be scheduled within 30 minutes of the previously scheduled reboot.
