If the Portal emails are not being generated you need to delete the PortalQueueFile.
1. Open the users AppData roaming folder. Click on the Windows start icon and type %appdata%.
2. Once you have opened that folder, open the Office Tools Professional folder.
3. Scroll down until you see the PortalQueuefile (company name), delete this file.
Please note: This will clear out any Portal Emails that have not been sent or are stuck. In order to re-generate these emails, the documents will need to be re-uploaded to the portal.
