Portal emails are not generating
If the Portal emails are not being generated you need to delete the PortalQueueFile.
Open the users AppData roaming folder. Click on the Windows start icon and type %appdata%.
Once you have opened that folder, open the OfficeTools Professional folder.
Scroll down until you see the PortalQueuefile (company name), delete this file.
This will clear out any Portal emails that have not been sent.
