Amicus Attorney by CARET prompt : "One or more Entries did not pass the validation test"

If a Time Entry in Amicus Attorney by CARET doesn't meet the required information to complete it's posting to a third party accounting link application, this prompt occurs:

“One or more Entries did not pass the validation test. Do you want to Post the valid ones anyway?”

Amicus Attorney by CARET verifies each Time Entry contains the required information, before sending the record to the third-party accounting application.

The following information must pass the validation process to successfully post the time entry to the respective Billing / Accounting program:

• File Name.
• Primary Client.
• Client ID / Client Name.
• Matter ID / Client Matter Name.

The Amicus Attorney by CARET File should be:

• Linked to the billing / accounting program.

• Set as Active in Amicus.
• Not excluded from the Accounting link.
   

Third party billing / accounting applications refers to applications supported and linked with Amicus Attorney by CARET.
