When Time Entries do not meet the required information to complete its posting to a 3rd party accounting link application this prompt occurs:
“One or more Entries did not pass the validation test. Do you want to Post the valid ones anyway?”
Amicus Attorney by CARET corroborates each Time Docket to ensure that it meets the required information prior to a record being sent to post to a 3rd party accounting application that requires specific information.
The following information must pass the validity process to successfully post the time entry.
- FileName
- Primary Client
- Client ID/Client Name
- Matter ID/Client Matter Name.
The Amicus Attorney by CARET file should be linked, active and not excluded from the Accounting link.
Third party accounting applications may refer to applications supported and linked with Amicus Attorney by CARET.
