Amicus Attorney by CARET File Delete Error

This error occurs when attempting to delete an Amicus Attorney by CARET File and the Delete Statement conflicts with a Reference Constraint.

This means that a conflict on a Time Entry record foreign key prevented Amicus Attorney by CARET performing this task.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. Ensure that the file is not open on another workstation.
2. Go to Firm Settings and select Utilities under the Maintenance section, then click Recalculate in the Maintenance - Utilities dialog.
   
   
3. Select Files from the left navigation pane, then select the file from the list and right-click to select Delete from the pop-up menu that appears.
