This error occurs when attempting to delete an Amicus File.
This means that Amicus has detected a conflict on a time entry record foreign key that result to prevent and amicus user to perform this task.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Ensure no user has the file open and being access on another station
2. Go to Firm Settings> Maintenance >Utilities > Recalculate Balance
3. Go to File > Select the file > Select Delete
On some certain case, if the steps provided above did not address the issue and error pertain to exist.
