There are times when creating a bill that the operation may time out or there may be a connectivity problem to the server which causes the Bill image (PDF) to not be created.
To recreate the Bill Image you will have to do the following:
- Access the File on the Billing side.
- Select Bills from the left navigation pane.
- Expand the date in question, then delete the payment (if any).
- Delete the Bill.
- Re-run the bill to create the image.
You are required to follow these steps for all bills that do not have a Bill Image.
Access the Billing side of Amicus Attorney by CARET to view the bills you have just run. Select Billing and set the show criteria to limit your search to make it easier to determine the bills you need to re-run.
