When Billing a Bill Image (PDF) is not created
There are times when doing a bill that the operation may time or, or there may be a connectivity problem to the server which causes the Bill image (PDF) to not be created.
To recreate the Bill Image you will have to do the following:
Access the File on the Billing side
Select Bills from the option on the left
Expand the date in question
Delete the payment (if any)
Delete the Bill
Re-run the bill to create the image.
Note. You must do this for all bills in which a Bill image did not get created.
To see the Bills you have just run access the Billing side of Amicus, select Billing and set the show criteria to limit your search to make it easier to determine the bills you need to re-run.
