Sometimes when creating a bill the operation may time out or there may be a connectivity problem to the server, causing the Bill Image (PDF) to not be created. When looking on the File under the Bill Image there is no Bill Image present. When attempting to open the Bill from the Bill module of the File or the Billing module an error appears indicating "The Bill does not exist"
To recreate the missing Bill Image you will have to do the following:
- Within the Billing side of Amicus, access the File
- Select Bills from the left navigation pane.
- Expand the date in question, then delete any payment(s) present.
- Delete the Bill.
- Re-run the Bill to create the Bill Image.

You are required to follow these steps for all Bills that do not have a Bill Image.
If newer Bills or Payments were created on the same File since the Bill missing the Bill Image, the newer Bills/Payments must be deleted from newest to oldest to allow the older Bill to be re-created, then the newer Bills/Payments must be re-created from oldest to newest.
