Unable to login to Amicus Attorney by CARET Premium Edition-You do not have a License

A Firm member is unable to login due to a license issue.

Background

A firm member license can be removed/revoked at any time by the Amicus Attorney by CARET Administrator. Changing licensed status of a user is done from User Management Module under Administration by the Amicus Attorney by CARET Administrator.

Resolution

This can be easily resolved if sufficient licenses exist by placing the check mark for the user with the login issue.
