Amicus has included two items to help you save time and ensure accuracy. Spell Check and Auto Text
To enable spell check

Go to the Office module and click on Preferences

Under my application click Spell Check
The spell check dialog box will appear. Here you can choose what auto corrections are applied, if you have any exceptions to the spelling rules and your auto text options.
Spell Check and Auto Text work in most text fields such as Notes, File Summaries and Time Entry Activity Descriptions.
