Outlook folder view in Amicus is blank
The Outlook folder view in Amicus is blank or not displaying. This is due to having a lot of subfolders within your Outlook.
To resolve the problem:

Close Amicus

Close Outlook

Access Start – Run or Search – and type in regedit

Navigate to HKEY_Current_User\Software\AbacusNext\AmicusAttorney
For Amicus 2016 substitute AbacusNext\AmicusAttorney for Gavel & Gown\Amicus70

Right click on the AmicusAttorney folder and select New DWORD 32bit Value

Type in BuildOutlookViewOnClient and click OK

Right click on the value and choose Modify

Change the type from Hexadecimal to Decimal

Change the Value Data from 0 to 1 (1 being True)

Open Outlook

Open Amicus and your Outlook view will now display your subfolders
Note: Outlook must be 32-bit to see the Outlook view in Amicus
