Error Number: 25 - Amicus Accounting by CARET to Timeslips File Exchange failed

Individual File exchange—involves a single Amicus Accounting by CARET File (and optionally its Primary Client Contact

record) with the corresponding Timeslips Client. Individual File exchange is performed from the

Accounting Link Details view of the File Detail in Amicus Accounting by CARET.

Refer to AmicusPETimeslips log on instances that an Amicus Accounting by CARET file exchange failed to be sent to Timeslips.

Error:25 The following Timeslips client has an equivalent Amicus Accounting by CARET File base on their Nickname 1. However, the equivaled Amicus Accounting by CARET file is Closed or Excluded. The Records were not exchanged.

To review or correct the Amicus Accounting by CARET File Status

1. Open the Amicus Accounting by CARET File
2. Go to Admin> General File Status
3. Select Open and Active
4. Click Save and Close

To disable exclusion of the Amicus Accounting by CARET file from the link

1. Open the Amicus Accounting by CARET File
2. Go to Admin> Link Details >
3. Deselect [] Exclude this file from the Accounting Link
4. Click Save and Close
