This is a result of the Phone Call details window itself being minimized. If you look at your program icons in your task bar you will see that the Phone call details is at the bottom of your task bar.
To resolve the issue:
- Navigate to Preferences and select Defaults on Login under My Application.
- Change the Default Module to Maximized in the My Application - Defaults on Login dialog that displays.
- Select Defaults, Apply and OK in the footer.
- Log out and back in again to Amicus Attorney by CARET.
- Create a new phone call.
