Can no longer see Amicus Phone call details.
This is a result of the window itself being maximized. If you look at your program icons in your task bar you will see that the Phone call details is at the bottom of your task bar.
To resolve the issue:
1. Access Preferences
2. Select My Application
3. Select Defaults On Login
4. Select Defaults, Apply and then Okay
Log out of Amicus and back in again
Create a new phone call
