Cannot log into Amicus Attorney by CARET – One or two users
Issue: Other users can access Amicus Attorney by CARET but one or two cannot.
Selecting the Show Details of the error message displays the following message:
_Type ‘AmicusAttorney.XOL.Shared.OL.SystemSession' in Assembly 'AmicusAttorney.XOL.Shared, Version=16.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=94e86ec8ac26252b’ is not marked as serializable.
Resolution:

Go to another user's computer that has Amicus Attorney by CARET

Log in as yourself into Amicus Attorney by CARET on that system

Say yes to the message “your office is presently open”

Once logged in log out of Amicus Attorney by CARET
5
Go back to your computer
6
Log into Amicus Attorney by CARET on your computer again.
