Enabling Amicus Attorney by CARET Toolbar in Outlook
Here are the steps to enable a disabled plugin on Outlook 2013/2016:

Click on File > Info > and select “Slow and Disabled add-ins”

Select to Always Enable AmicusAttorney Office Add-in
Here are the steps to enable a disabled plugin on Outlook 2010

Click on the “File” tab in Outlook top left, then select Options

Select Add-ins

Try scrolling down in your add-ins list and see if AmicusAttorney Office Add-in Outlook might appear in any of the Disabled or Inactive lists.

If Inactive select the Manage option by the COM Options and then GO

Check off the Amicus Attorney Office Addin and then OK

If the AmicusAttorney Office Add-in is Disabled select Manage and from the drop down choose Disabled

Select AmicusAttorney Office Add-In from the list of disabled add-ins (if it's there) and click “Enable”

Then select the Manage and choose COM option from the list

Check off the Amicus Attorney Office Add-in and then OK

To ensure the Addin loads upon Startup, modify the registry:
- Close Outlook
- Access Start – Run and type in Regedit
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\AmicusAttorney.OfficeAddin
- Right click on Load Behavior and change the value to 3 (Always load)
