By default, AbacusLaw is scheduled to shut down from 11:45pm to 12:15am daily, to facilitate backups, ToDo's rolling over, and more. You can easily disable, enable, and modify the settings per below.
If you disable this feature, ToDos will not roll over and reindexing will not occur. Contact our Client Service Engineers for more information.
- Navigate to File > Setup > Scheduled Shutdown.
- This will open the User working hours window with all the shutdown settings and options.
- This is where you enable/disable the Scheduled shutdown (1); set the times to warn, kick out, and allow back in (2); and even perform an Immediate shutdown (3), for times when you need to get and keep everyone out of AbacusLaw for a little while (e.g., back up, reindex).
