By default, AbacusLaw by CARET is scheduled to shut down from 11:45 PM to 12:15 AM daily to facilitate backups, ToDos rolling over, and more. You can easily disable, enable, and modify the settings as described below.
If you disable this feature, ToDos will not roll over and reindexing will not occur. Contact our Client Service Engineers for more information.
Navigate to File > Setup > Scheduled Shutdown.
The User working hours window opens. Change the following settings as needed.

Enabled: Enables/disables the scheduled shutdown.

Hour fields: Sets the times to warn, kick out, and allow back in users.

Showdown Now: Performs an immediate shutdown for times when you need to get and keep everyone out of AbacusLaw by CARET for a little while (e.g., back up, reindex).
