How to Get a Reminder to Back Up Abacus

  1. In AbacusLaw.
  2. Go to File > Setup > User Preferences

  3. Put a check in the box for Ask to backup at exit

  4. Click Done

You will now be reminder to do a backup when you exit Abacus.

You will only receive the reminder if AbacusLaw is able to make a backup. Meaning that as long as you are the last one to close AbacusLaw, you will get the reminder. If you do not get the reminder, then other users are still using Abacus Programs.
