Installing AbacusLaw by CARET PALs, Forms, or Rules

Get everyone else out of AbacusLaw by CARET, Messageslips, and Abacus Accounting. You log out of everything except AbacusLaw by CARET.
Backup AbacusLaw by CARET: File > Utilities > Backup > Backup.
Click Help > Abacus Updates.
The Abacus Updates window opens. Click Check for updates.
After the check is complete, a smaller Abacus Updates window appears. Click OK to close the window.
Check the updates you want and click Install Updates.
Click Yes to all subsequent prompts. If prompted for rules (applicable to PALs only), select Replace all rules. Click OK.
Click Yes.
