Label reports can be used to print labels for name or matters. You can use standard label reports or design your own.
Step 1: Open the Report List Window
- Click File > Reports > Names or File > Reports > Matters.
- The Report Control window opens. Click Report.
- The Report List window opens.
Step 2: Edit, Create, or Clone a Label Report to Use
Editing a Label Report
- In the Report List window, type labels in the Search box and press Enter. Only label reports are displayed. Highlight one of the label reports and click Edit.
- The Report Designer window opens. Change the report layout as needed. Then, click the Labels menu.
- The Label Setup window opens. Highlight the type of Avery label needed from the list and click Done.
- Back in the Report Designer window, close the window. When prompted, select to save the report.
- Back in the Report List window, click Done to return to the Report Control Window.
Adding a Labels Report
- In the Report List window, click Add.
- The New report name window opens. Enter the name and description of the new label report and click Done.
- The Report Types window opens. Select Labels and click Done.
- The Label Setup window opens. Highlight the type of Avery label needed from the list and click Done.
- The Report Designer window opens. Create the report layout as desired.
- Close the Report Designer window. When prompted, select to save the report.
- Back in the Report List window, click Done to return to the Report Control Window.
Cloning a Labels Report
- In the Report List window, type labels in the Search box and press Enter. Only label reports are displayed. Highlight one of the label reports and click Clone.
- The New report name window opens. Enter the name and description of the cloned label report and click Done.
- The cloned report is now listed in the Report List window. Follow the instructions above to edit the report.
Step 3: Run the Report to Print the Labels
In the Report Control window, change the output as needed and click Print.
