Link window not appearing when trying to link emails from Outlook to AbacusLaw

This occurs when the [coords] section of lawwin.ini are set incorrectly. To fix this, go under the [coords] section and delete the line that includes OLabacusLink= in Lawwin.ini. 

To open Lawwin.ini and delete the OlabacusLink Coords:

 

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Open AbacusLaw.
  3. Click File > Utilities > Data Server Info.

  4. Click LawWin.ini.

  5. Find “OLAbacusLink=” and delete the line.

  6. Save and close the file.
  7. Open Outlook and link your email.
