Picture Window not displaying in AbacusLaw by CARET

Open name or matter window that has a picture attached go to Window on the toolbar and check if the option for Picture Window is grayed out; if not select it and the picture window will open. If grayed out continue:
Check that the picture is named correctly and saved in the correct location.
Right-click on the AbacusLaw by CARET shortcut and select Run as Administrator
Go to File > Setup > User Preferences
Click on Reset windows and browses
Click on Yes to reset coordinates to default values.
