INTRODUCTION:

The QuickBooks Help feature, along with LiveCommunity, contains a mix of secured content (HTTPS) along with unsecured content (HTTP). Perform the following steps if Internet Explorer is asking whether you would like to view the unsecured information while in QuickBooks.

PROCEDURE:

1. In IE, open the Tools menu and select Internet Options.

   

2. Open the Security tab.

   

3. Select the Internet zone.

   

4. Click Custom level.

   

5. Select Enable under Display mixed content (located about halfway down the screen).

   

6. Click OK.

7. Click Yes when prompted.

   

8. Click Apply in the Internet Options window, then click OK.
